Iittala FXI Helle Scissors 21 Cm

The Fiskars X Iittala scissors bring together two iconic Finnish brands. Part of Iittala’s Oiva Toikka Collection, OTC for short, the scissors have the same shape and functionality as Fiskars’ iconic orange scissors, but instead of the usual colour, they are adorned with legendary Finnish artist Oiva Toikka’s dotted Helle pattern from the 1980s. Complete with high-quality stainless steel blades, the scissors are made in Finland.

FXI scissors are part of Iittala’s collection titled the Curious Mind of Oiva Toikka. The collection’s items are decorated with colourful, vibrant patterns based on original sketches and drawings found in the archives of Finnish designer and artist Oiva Toikka. The playful collection celebrates the endless imagination and bold expression of the legendary Finnish glass artist. “I’m not looking for perfection. I want it to be fun!” as Toikka himself has famously put it.
