The Heirol Pro Balance chef’s knife is characterised by an innovative, customizable design: the knife can be balanced to fit your own preferences. The handle of the knife can be unscrewed and the weights inside it moved or added so that the knife feels as comfortable as possible in the hand. The knife’s centre of gravity can also be changed to suit each task: for example, for chopping, it can be moved more towards the blade and when slicing, away from it. The Pro Balance knives are also colour-coded to make it easier to pick the right knife from the knife block.
