De Buyer’s Brunchtime Box has everything you need for a perfect brunch or breakfast. The set includes the Mineral B carbon steel pan for making pancakes or eggs, a steel ladle with a beech handle, and a spatula made of beech wood. Also included in the gift set is a booklet filled with easy and delicious recipes from well-known French baker and pastry chef Benoît Castel.
The Mineral B pan is coated with natural beeswax that protects it from corrosion and enhances its non-stick properties. When used regularly, the pan will turn darker and develop a natural non-stick surface – the blacker it gets, the less it sticks. The ladle and spatula are also finished with a natural beeswax coating.
